| Note 1: There is a 10% leeway on speed limits. So, when the limit is 70mph, you can go 77mph without getting fined. |
| Note 2: Fines are not to be added up. The highest single fine overrules all others. Example: If you fine a driver 200€ for causing an accident, you cant add a possible speeding fine, cause 200€ is higher than every possible speeding fine.
|
| Note 3: Dangerous driving applies only if someone else got actually endangered.
|
Note 4: Its illegal to park:
- On the road, including curbs (except side roads)
- On grass
- On cross-hatched areas (except pits)
Stopping/halting is allowed as long the stopped car doesn't cause an immediate danger to others.
In some cases, administrators need to park at unusual places in order to do their job. In such cases, illegal parking does not apply.
